Our preloved bears may show very minor signs of previous ownership, such as a slightly faded tag. However, the bears themselves are carefully checked and will arrive in pristine condition.
To secure your bear, a £1 reservation fee is required. Once this payment has been received, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, which must be paid before the item is dispatched. Please note that we do not offer holds without the reservation fee.
We are very proud of our carefully hand-selected bears, each one chosen with great care and ready to find a loving new home. Every bear goes through our thorough screening and quarantine process to ensure it reaches you in the very best possible condition.
If you would like additional reassurance before purchasing, we are always happy to show the bear live on camera or provide additional photographs upon request.
All preloved bears are sold as seen and are non-returnable unless faulty.
