Choosing Your Bear
Each bear has its own unique character and appearance. Customers choose the exact bear they wish to purchase based on the photos, videos, or live sale presentation provided.
We encourage customers to review items carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional photos or videos before your order is shipped, we are always happy to provide them.
As a small business, returns can have a significant impact, so we kindly ask customers to ensure they are happy with their choice before ordering.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, camera settings and individual screen displays.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
All returns must be authorised by us before being sent back. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition received
- Be returned in original unopened packaging
- Be the same item originally sent
For security purposes, items may be discreetly marked and photographed prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, altered, or swapped.
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Live Sale Purchases
Items purchased during TikTok live or social media sales are selected by the customer at the time of purchase. We encourage customers to review items carefully before we send your item.
For quality control purposes, orders may be photographed or recorded during packing to ensure the correct item is sent.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Bespoke or personalised items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Where applicable:
- If your order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
- We will deduct outward postage costs from your refund total.
- Free gifts must be returned, or their retail value will be deducted
- If items were purchased as part of a promotion, items kept will be charged at their full retail price
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, particularly for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
