Pre order information (Charlie Bears)


Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

We offer pre-orders on all Characters from the current year’s collection. These items arrive with us over approximately a 12-month period, broken down into production quarters:

  • Q1: January – March
  • Q2: April – June
  • Q3: July – September
  • Q4: October – December

These are production quarters, meaning bears usually arrive shortly after their assigned quarter. Exact delivery dates are not provided, however each bear is allocated a quarter to give an indication of when it is expected.

 


Reserving Your Bear

As these bears are produced in limited numbers, pre-ordering gives customers the opportunity to guarantee their favourite piece.

When you place a pre-order with A Little Birdie, you are committing to:

  • Paying a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of ordering.
  • Paying the remaining balance within 48 hours of your item being available and ready to ship.

Once your deposit is paid, your item is reserved specifically for you and held exclusively in your name.


Balance Payments

When your bear arrives with us and is ready to post, we will send you a balance request by email. Please ensure you have a valid email address registered with your order.

The outstanding balance must be paid within 48 hours of receiving this request. If payment or communication is not received within this timeframe, your reservation may be cancelled and the item released to another customer.

We also give as much notice as possible of incoming stock via our social channels (TikTok, Facebook, etc.), though these are advisory only and not formal payment requests.


Deposits & Cancellations

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once reserved, items cannot be swapped or transferred to another customer.
  • If you choose not to proceed after placing a pre-order, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Supply Issues

In the unlikely event that either Charlie Bears or A Little Birdie are unable to supply your item, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. This does not apply if you cancel your order.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
