Delivery Information

***Current dispatch time is 10 days due to peak season, I’m hoping to reduce this asap! If you need your order sooner please message me and I’ll do my best, thank you for understanding***

Giftware items are currently dispatched within 7 days unless otherwise stated on the item page. You can contact us to ask if you need it sooner. 

Handmade items will be dispatched within the time stated on the item page. 

Pre order items or orders that contain a mix of in stock and pre order items will be dispatched within the timeframe on the pre order item. Please feel free to contact us for clarification. 

Delivery within the U.K. is £3.95 per order. 
For smaller items that are postable we will refund any postage overcharge for example single cards will be £2 and we will refund the difference upon dispatch. 

We use Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS and occasionally DPD for deliveries.

If you require next day delivery please contact us to check it’s possible and for delivery cost confirmation.

Local pickup, please contact us to arrange collection. Collections from SK2 stockport or SK7 hazel grove.
